fairly clean stylish hotel, kind staff and particularly good location in a shopping area. beautiful, huge room with a private bathroom and a roll in shower, hairdryers, and robes. the service was friendly, always with a smile. location just next door to the shops, the center of heviz, and the thermal lake.

The pool area is excellent too. Good looking and beautifully designed room with a big bathroom. Excellent and stunning location short walk from city center.

Not so friendly staff!

Breakfast had a variety of options to suit every taste. The rooms were spacious and came with a large terrace. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of Heviz. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating.

Had a relaxing 1-day stay here. the room they gave us was clean and had a large terrace, which was awesome. the location being relatively close to a huge public park was a big plus, super convenient for us to explore 🌳.

It was convenient to use at the lake whenever we had the chance. the room was spacious and clean, and we also appreciated the nice mood lightning. Although the breakfast was not the best, we enjoyed the nearby restaurants instead. Service was friendly and respectful during our stay. We also loved the massage services offered at the hotel.

The medical post-op equipment in the room was a negative aspect.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, right in the center of the city and surrounded by shopping areas and cafes. The service was outstanding, with friendly and welcoming staff who went out of their way to ensure our comfort. The room was spacious and light, with a clean balcony offering lovely views. The hotel is pet friendly, which was a great bonus for us.

During our Christmas stay, we loved the clean and modern design of the rooms, complete with luxurious balconies. the proximity to shops and restaurants, as well as to the spa area, was also very convenient. the breakfast was satisfactory and provided a good start to our day.

The walls were quite thin, which made it difficult to sleep at night. We could hear our neighbors talking and moving around, causing a disturbance.

Great for those with medical needs - rooms were equipped with orthopedic mattresses and emergency call buttons. The spa was amazing, and the private parking was a bonus. It was situated quite near to the city center and within a walking distance of several local landmarks.

The primary disadvantage of the hotel was the breakfast. The food choices were limited, and the tea option was poor. In addition, communication with the staff was a challenge since not everyone could speak English. The hotel turned out to be a private plastic surgery clinic.

We got great value for our money with a huge, sparkling clean room. The location was perfect, centrally located and walking distance to the thermal lake. The staff treated us with friendliness and were super helpful.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with better visibility of the menu and clearer information from the waiter.
